The Role – Veterinary Surgeon Job in Northamptonshire This forward-thinking practice is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who is eager to deliver exceptional clinical care while building strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals Working confidently in a sole charge Vet role Building strong client relationships and providing excellent communication Collaborating with a close-knit team of 3 colleagues Contributing to a positive, patient-focused practice culture Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (No weekends, No OOH!) Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm This role offers an excellent work-life balance, making it ideal for vets seeking a weekday-only position.
