Assistant Boutique Manager
Location: Central London (flagship, high-footfall environment)
The Role
We are recruiting an experienced and commercially driven Assistant Store Manager for a fast-paced, high-volume flagship store in a prime London location. This is a senior ASM position, ideal for someone who is either already operating at a very strong Assistant Store Manager level or who is close to stepping up into a Store Manager role in the near future.
The store trades at high turnover, with constant footfall and a team of approximately 10 people. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving performance, leading from the front on the shop floor, and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of people, commercial, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume flagship store
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 10, setting clear expectations around service, sales, and standards
3. Drive commercial performance through strong floor leadership, KPI management, and trading analysis
4. Act as a key decision-maker in the Store Manager’s absence, confidently running the business end-to-end
