About our Clients

This fantastic nursery in the Dorchester area, in the countryside are seeking a passionate and energetic Nursery Manager to support the day to day operations of their 100 plus place Nursery. Working 40 hr week salary is c£45k with great benefits including onsite parking.

Requirements

What are Clients are looking for

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
At least 4 years experience of working within a day nursery
Experience of a management role, in leading and supporting a teams.
Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up to date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum
A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills
Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
