We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Data Entry Clerk to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining administrative and financial records, supporting the billing process, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update client and policy information into internal systems.
Process invoices, verify billing details, and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist with maintaining financial and administrative records for insurance claims and policies.
Ensure all data entry tasks comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Communicate with clients, agents, and other departments to resolve invoice or data discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain reports related to billing, claims, and administrative functions.
Support the finance and administration team with general office duties as needed.
