Team PA - 12 month FTC - Life Sciences - West- End

Your new role
* Provide administrative support across departments
* Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO
* Manage diaries and schedule meetings (in-person and virtual)
* Coordinate travel and expenses using SAP Concur and TravelPerk
* Handle internal and external communications
* Support company events, Town Halls, and social gatherings
* Assist with onboarding new team members
* Maintain documents on SharePoint and monitor office supplies
* Support ad-hoc tasks across departments, including Finance
What you'll needto succeed
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proactive, flexible, and approachable attitude
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail
* Discretion when handling sensitive information
* Previous admin experience beneficial but not essential
* Comfortable working across UK, European, and US East Coast time zones
