* To lead our clients administrative functions, to ensure compliance with audit, quality and contractual requirements.
* Maintenance of high standards across funding processes, data management and internal audits.
* Lead a team of 3 Managers - who are responsible for MIS; ASF and Skills Bootcamps processing, administration and funding claims.
* Supervise an internal audit team, who are responsible for conducting audits across government-funded contracts.
* Oversee PDSAT checks, ensuring timely completion and collaboration across teams.
* Produce regular reports for senior leadership on compliance standards and audit risk.
* Deliver internal training on funding rules, compliance standards, and administrative best practices.
* Participate in self-assessment, external inspections, and verification processes.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in a similar funding, audit, or compliance role within government-funded education or skills contracts.
* Must have experience with audits and MIS in relation to government funded skills.
* Must have the ability to liaise effectively with employers and/or external agencies to secure repeat business.
* Evidence of meeting strict deadlines and targets
* Excellent analytical and Analysis Skills
