Job Description:
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service while achieving KPIs and managing service budgets. Key duties include interpreting customer requirements, maintaining accurate records in the ERP system (BaaN), providing administrative support to the UK Fleet of Fork Lift Engineers, and prioritizing workloads effectively.
Responsibilities include building customer relationships, managing service call intake and dispatch, monitoring work-in-progress, validating clocking data, processing invoices, managing PM agreements, handling emails, and maintaining high standards of customer care.
Candidate requirements include strong customer care skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, IT proficiency (Word and Excel), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 37.5 hours per week, with a choice of start times, and Friday from 8:00 or 9:00 am to 4:00 or 5:00 pm. The package includes a competitive salary, 25 days holiday, a company pension plan, and various employee benefits.
