Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy? At Komoo, part of the Steer Automotive Group, we’re looking for a talented and experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to support our specialist operations in fleet and rental vehicle repair.

What you’ll be doing:
14. Assessing vehicle damage and compiling accurate repair estimates using Audatex
15. Liaising with fleet partners, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth repair authorisations
16. Guiding and supporting the workshop teams with clear repair instructions and method files
17. Ensuring repairs are cost-effective, compliant with manufacturer standards, and completed on time
18. Maintaining detailed records and working to KPI targets in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
19. Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) in a bodyshop or accident repair centre
20. Audatex trained/accredited (essential)
21. Strong understanding of repair processes and vehicle construction
22. Excellent communication and organisation skills
23. A customer-first approach and a drive to maintain quality and efficiency
24. ATA or IMI accreditation (desirable)
