In this role you will:
* Be the first point of contact for members seeking advice on dento-legal matters.
* Manage a dynamic caseload from start to finish, offering strategic advice and ensuring members receive exceptional support.
* Handle confidential and sensitive cases with professionalism, empathy and discretion.
* Collaborate with internal experts and stakeholders to ensure fair, efficient, and compliant outcomes.
* Play a key role in enhancing member experience, supporting operational excellence, and promoting continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver timely, high-quality case handling in line with policies, SLAs, and KPIs.
* Use sound judgement to advise members and escalate complex issues where necessary.
* Communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring members feel supported at every step.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in internal initiatives and projects.
* Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality at all times.
