We are looking for a Maths Teacher to join our team for a temporary assignment from June to July, with the potential for a long-term position starting in September. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about mathematics and eager to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Teach and Inspire: Deliver engaging and comprehensive maths lessons to students, fostering a love for the subject.
* Curriculum Planning: Prepare lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the needs of all students.
* Assessment: Regularly assess student progress through tests and assignments, providing feedback to help them improve.
* Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment, managing classroom dynamics effectively.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate activities, sharing insights and strategies to enhance teaching practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialisation in Mathematics.
* Experience: Proven track record of teaching Maths effectively at the required level.
* Adaptability: Ability to adjust teaching methods based on individual student needs and learning styles.
* Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Organisational Skills: Strong planning and organisational skills to manage teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.
