Foot Mobile Engineer

About the Role
As a Mobile Foot Engineer, your primary focus will be on conducting planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on our clients' buildings, equipment, and systems. You'll also be the go-to person for site engineering emergencies, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
* Hold an electrical or mechanical qualification, such as NVQ or City & Guilds.
* Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
* Supervise subcontractors effectively to maintain high standards.
* Accurately record all reactive and PPM tasks using report sheets, ensuring client signatures weekly.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
* Possess a solid understanding of plant room operations and day-to-day building maintenance.
