The Role As our Senior/Lead Product Manager, you’ll drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across the platform. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and optimise the user journey—helping reach millions more users. What You’ll Do Own the growth strategy and roadmap, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle engagement. You must have experience working at one of the high growth b2c companies going through a similar trajectory Design and execute growth experiments to drive key metrics. Collaborate closely with top engineering, design, data, and marketing teams. Analyse user data to uncover insights and inform product decisions quickly, being at the forefront of trends. Optimise funnels and user journeys to maximize conversion and retention. Mentor and support junior team members as they scale but this is largely a IC role. About You 5 years’ experience in product management at a high-growth start-up or scale-up. (Think companies doubling their size and teams x2 year on year) Proven track record in growth-focused roles for B2C digital products. Deep expertise in analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. A true growth expert. Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable with rapid change and ambiguity. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. STEM background preferred. Excited to work 3-4 days a week in our London office.
