Product Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Product Administrator to join a well-established organisation within the vehicle manufacturing and technology sector. This role would suit someone with a technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in engineering or emerging automotive technologies. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing detailed documentation including component lists, product data and user guides.
Gathering and organising technical specifications for a wide range of products.
Creating and updating 2D and 3D drawings in line with internal standards.
Supporting the engineering change process, including document updates and version control.
Assisting colleagues with technical queries and documentation requests.
Maintaining accurate product information within internal databases.
Liaising with suppliers when technical information or clarification is required.
Working closely with development teams to produce high-quality support material.
Participating in project meetings and wider engineering activities where required.
Person Specification
Qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline (electrical/electronic bias desirable).
Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident using Microsoft 365 and standard office software.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
