Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in our operations by ensuring efficient warehouse processes that align with our commitment to quality and service.
Responsibilities
* Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move products within the warehouse.
* Process goods in and out, load and unload shipments with attention to our protocols.
* Manage inventory using our warehouse management system to ensure accurate stock levels.
* Manage the picking function for the Production teams, ensuring that each section is receiving products within agreed parameters, whilst ensuring all paperwork is completed, working with the QC management to ensure all traceability is present.
* Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during storage and transit.
* Perform general warehouse duties including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Support your Leaders and team members by being an active part of the team, being willing to contribute, roll your sleeves up and work together to create a smooth operation.
* Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a warehouse setting is essential.
* Valid forklift certification is required.
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred. (Receta)
* Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg).
* Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfilment.
* Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential.
