Highwood Care Home is a modern, purpose-built service offering exceptional Nursing, Dementia, Residential and Respite care.

Now, we’re looking for a clinically strong, people-focused Deputy Manager to help lead our 67-bed home with heart and purpose.

You’ll be a visible leader, a trusted point of contact for families, and a driving force for continuous improvement.
