Job Title: Pensions Analyst/Administrator
We are Lockheed Martin, one of the world's leading Aerospace, Defence, and IT contractors. We are currently seeking a Pensions Analyst/Administrator to join our Rewards and Benefits team.
This role supports our global pension activities, with increasing workload requiring additional resources. As a Pension Administrator, you will manage employee pension and benefits programs, providing guidance, analysis, overseeing invoice payments, and plan renewals.
You will ensure compliance with established guidelines, procedures, and laws, stay updated on industry trends, and assist in communicating pension and benefit information to employees.
Work Arrangements
* We offer our flexible '4 Flex' working pattern, allowing you to compress hours over four days and enjoy a day off—most choose Friday.
* You must be available for a one-week on-site induction and training in London or Havant.
* Post-training, the role is predominantly hybrid, with possible in-office requirements 2-3 days a week.
* Must be able to commute to London or Havant during this period.
Responsibilities
* Support all pension and benefit activities, collaborating with regional Reward teams and external vendors.
* Ensure statutory reporting is completed timely with the US team.
* Manage invoice payments and develop employee communications to enhance engagement and understanding.
* Provide guidance to plan participants regarding eligibility, benefits, and provisions.
* Prepare communication materials such as webinars, statements, and newsletters.
* Respond to inquiries from employees, retirees, and stakeholders.
* Assist Regional Reward leads and monitor project income, working with the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist to deliver projects on plan and budget.
* Collaborate with the Reward Operations team to improve processes and cover for the International Pensions and Benefits Specialist as needed.
