Responsibilities:
The appointed Chemistry Teacher will:
* Develop and deliver stimulating and challenging Chemistry lessons.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
* Regularly assess student progress.
* Keep accurate records of student attainment.
* Maintain a positive and safe learning environment in the classroom and laboratory.
* Work collaboratively with Science department colleagues.
* Assist in the development of the Chemistry curriculum.
* Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.
* Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed.
