Audio-typing

files,photocopying,emailmanagement,chequerequests,anddealingwithpost
Producingcorrespondence,enclosures,forms,anddocuments
Arrangingthescanningandphotocopyingofpaperwork
Attendingclientsandagentsoverthephoneandinpersontorespondtoenquiries
Arrangingmeetingsandotherappointments
Gatheringinformationandupdatingthecasemanagementsystem
Carryingoutotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasrequired
