Job Description:
The customer account manager is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with its customers, building long-term relationships, hitting targets, handling calls to maximize sales, offering excellent customer service, resolving issues, managing credit limits, and communicating effectively with other departments. The role operates on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working pattern after training: working from home on Mondays and Fridays, and onsite at our Middlesbrough sales offices from Tuesday to Thursday. Additionally, there is a rota for 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, working from home from 8:30 to 12:30.
The salary ranges from £25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses and benefits.
What you will be doing:
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively
* Generate and increase sales among the customer base
* Maintain daily contact with key accounts to build relationships
* Achieve monthly targets
* Undertake ongoing training
* Manage customers' social media requirements
