Job Title: Clinical Lead Reports to: Home Manager Location: Olney, Buckinghamshire About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to support the delivery of high-quality clinical care within our care home. In this role, you will work closely with nurses and care staff to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice, governance, and resident care are maintained. Working alongside the management team, you will help ensure residents’ individual needs are met through excellent nursing care, while also supporting and guiding the clinical team in their day-to-day responsibilities.
