The Moorlands Primary Federation requires a Part-time Cleaner at Bishop Rawle CE School Starting date: Monday 20 th October 2025 Grade 1. SCP2 FTE £24,413 Actual Annual Salary- £6,051 Working hours: 10 hours per week, 41.40 working weeks (47.82 pay weeks) We are looking for : Someone who is able to undertake cleaning tasks; Someone who is physically fit. Someone who will maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness and hygiene; Someone who is proactive and self-managing; A team player who cares about our school. Regular tasks and duties include: General cleaning – sweeping, mopping, buffing, spray cleaning, damp wiping, waste disposal, stripping and resealing of hard floors; Cleaning of toilet facilities & associated tasks required to achieve a high quality of cleanliness; Cleaning of fixtures and fittings; The use of appropriate cleaning equipment and machinery; Ensuring the safe use of chemicals, machinery and equipment when carrying out the cleaning function in line with current legislation and TMPF policies and procedures for Health and Safety and in accordance with training provided; Occasionally being a key holder with responsibility for securing the school at the end of the day.
