Your role and responsibilities Working in a small team, you will be liaising with Budget Managers and supporting them to forecast spends across the Inclusion Service. The work will involve raising Purchase Orders and raising general debts, whilst maintaining meticulous financial records. You will be responsible for interrogating large amounts of data to help reconcile a variety of budgets and identify where spend belongs. You will meet regularly with budget managers to support financial management of different areas of expenditure. You will use a range of systems to gather information to monitor and reconcile budgets. You will need excellent numeracy skills as well as attention to detail. great interpersonal skills to communicate with managers and external customers. a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (essential) as well as a willingness to learn new IT or web-based systems. They are responsible for ensuring that budgets are kept up to date and payments made on time to a range of providers.
