This luxury resort offers an onsite restaurant and cafe setting for family and guests as well as residents, so menus and dietary requirements are varied.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present meals to a high standard, catering to dietary needs and preferences, including allergens and specialised diets.
* Assist in creating balanced, nutritious menus suitable for the care home environment.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with food hygiene regulations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations across multiple outlets.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients as needed.
* Support junior staff with training and guidance to maintain consistent service quality.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and standards at all times.
