Have you got experience in a "professional/financial service" company in a customer facing role? Are you an experienced customer service professional looking for a new challenge where you can give more to a business and leave your stamp? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to take a hands-on role at an insurer in its formative years?
Reporting to the Head of Claims, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering a caseload of insurance claims whilst delivering a first-class service at every customer interaction.
Daily tasks will include liaising directly with customers and approved installers via telephone and email, meticulously validating claims and repair quotations against policy terms and conditions, negotiating the settlement of claims, dealing with general enquiries, and identifying any trends so risk information can be escalated to the management team.
This is an office-based role so there is a requirement that the candidate must live within 30 miles of Chorley, Lancashire.
