Job Opportunity: Experienced Direct Access Dental Therapist – Aesthetics Focus -Brierfield (Blackburn Area)
Join a leading dental network with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices in the North West and Northern Ireland. We’re seeking an experienced and aesthetics-focused Direct Access Dental Therapist to join our high-performing practice in Brierfield, Blackburn.
The Role
As a GDC-registered Dental Therapist, you’ll provide a blend of NHS and private care, with a strong focus on aesthetic treatments. This role is ideal for a clinician with a passion for smile design, minimally invasive treatments, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver routine care and hygiene services to NHS and private patients.
* Provide aesthetic treatments including:
o Composite bonding
o Tooth whitening
o Airflow cleaning
o Minimally invasive smile makeovers
* Clearly communicate treatment plans and cosmetic options to patients.
* Refer patients to in-house specialists (implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry) when needed.
* Work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

About You
* GDC registered with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, including aesthetic dentistry.
* Proficient in treatments such as composite bonding, tooth whitening, airflow cleaning, and cosmetic fillings.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Motivated, proactive, and open to flexible working hours.
