As a Head Chef, you will be running a busy kitchen and creating exciting and delicious dishes to be served to guests. This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar environment, at a similar level previously.
Key Responsibilities:
* As a skilled chef, you'll get to really put those knife skills to the test, cooking with the finest of ingredients.
* Keep up to date with the latest allergen training to ensure safety.
* Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen as a team responsibility.
* Label food properly to avoid using out-of-date items.
* Share your knowledge with new, budding CDPs, KPs, and Commis coming into the industry.
* Manage the kitchen operations effectively.
* Write the allergen matrix to ensure guest safety.
* Order supplies via Procure Wizard to maintain stock levels.
