Adult Education Trainer/Assessor Salary £15,012.00 - £16,849.50 (Grade 5) Hours - 18.5 per week Contract type - part time, permanent Work Style - Working at City Learning Quarter Wolverhampton and also community venues across the city We looking for 2 part time experienced Trainer/Assessor to work mainly in our Community Learning venues on our Choices Project. The Choices Project gives the economically inactive residents of Wolverhampton and surrounding West Midlands access to short courses of personalised learning. The aim of these programmes is to help residents identify the help they need to move towards their personal goals, apply and gain volunteering roles or employment of progress to further learning and develop transferable skills which would support the progression of residents into volunteering, employment. It is essential that the successful applicant will have experience in delivering inspiring programmes and have extensive knowledge of delivering all aspects of employability and volunteering skills. They will engage with residents who have been unsuccessful in obtaining employment for a long period time, and who will require patience and confidence building. Delivery will include volunteering and employment skills, Family Learning and developing digital skills. Working hours will be across the year and you may be required to support evening and Saturday enrolment events. Holidays are in agreement with your line manager.
