The Henry Royce Institute is the UK’s national institute supporting advanced materials research and innovation. The project team is responsible for managing the Royce Industrial Collaborations Programme and a portfolio of multidisciplinary, high-profile collaborative, and rapidly evolving projects. This role will provide high-quality, effective administrative support to the Royce project team. Based in Manchester, the post will work closely with project managers, operations, academics, and technical staff across the Royce Institute, as well as with external stakeholders including universities, research and technology organizations (RTOs), and industry.
The Project Team Administrator will deliver high-quality, effective administrative and financial support to the Royce project team and their activities involving a variety of stakeholders including partners, collaborators, and internal departments. Responsibilities include responding to external inquiries, collating information, distributing reports, and maintaining project files and records. A meticulous, proactive approach and high levels of self-motivation are essential.
