In this role, you will offer personalised, compassionate support, assisting with daily tasks such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, household management, and meaningful companionship.
We carefully select our carers based on their expertise, empathy, and refined understanding of individual needs. Above all, we seek professionals who are committed to going the extra mile, ensuring those in their care receive the highest standard of support and dignity they deserve.
Competitive Pay & Benefits:
* £45 for the first two hours
* £18.20 per hour thereafter
* Weekend supplements available
* £5.50 travel allowance per visit
* Refer-a-Friend Bonus – Earn up to £250
* Minimum two-hour visits – no rushed appointments

What You’ll Do:
As a Visiting Care Assistant, you will provide:
* Companionship and emotional support
* Assistance with daily tasks, including light housework
* Personal care, including washing and bathing
* Meal preparation and food shopping
* Escorting clients to appointments

What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent English speakers with strong communication skills
* A true passion for caring
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
* Ability to travel to Central London within 30 minutes
* Dementia care experience is essential
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* DBS check
* Minimum 12 months of UK care experience
* Self-employed status with a professional reference
Training Required (or willingness to complete):
* Manual Handling
* Basic Life Support
* Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
Flexible Work Schedule:
Hours vary based on client needs. Good availability across the week (Monday to Sunday) is preferred.
