All Hospitality Assistants
* Creates a welcoming environment for residents and customers in our village restaurants with a focus on customer service and providing a wide variety of food and drinks. Builds a rapport with residents.
* Provides a café/barista service in the village restaurants.
* Serves customers using the EPOS.
* Responsible for day-to-day cleanliness, hygiene and washing up after a food service.
* Safely closes down the kitchen at the end of the day in line with protocols in preparation for the next day. Removes waste.
