Main Responsibilities:
As an Oracle Database Application and Support Analyst, expect engaging duties:
* Apply software updates, and perform technology upgrades
* Conduct installations of new software, and troubleshoot related issues efficiently.
* Proactively review metrics, and address potential database performance, and backup concerns.
* Communicate professionally with customers, and provide innovative solutions.
* Collaborate within the team, share workloads, and foster a supportive environment.
