Were excited to be expanding our team and are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a catering background who is looking to move into recruitment or further develop their recruitment career. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and engaging candidates via job boards, our CRM (Bullhorn), and other platforms Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients Taking detailed job briefs and creating effective job adverts Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the hiring process Negotiating offers and managing expectations of clients and candidates Providing a consultative, honest, and professional service throughout What Were Looking For: Background in catering or hospitality (desirable) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Confident, proactive, and tenacious personality Highly organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment industry Driving license & Own Vehicle (essential) We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time but if you havent heard back within 10 days please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position or the position has been filled.
