As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in upholding these values and putting students first. In this role, you will: Student Interaction: Provide a warm and friendly point of contact for a number of aligned properties (Student HMOs). Assist students, visitors, and external contacts on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. Support Events: Support open days, intake days, and departures, ensuring these events run smoothly and contribute to a positive student experience. Administrative Support: Contribute to various back-office functions, providing administrative support to the HMO Management Team. Customer Enquiries: Handle customer enquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person. Provide accurate and appropriate advice and information. Helpdesk Operation: Operate a professional helpdesk and telephone service, responding promptly and helpfully to student queries. Resident Satisfaction: Support lettings/sale activity and drive resident satisfaction by delivering cheerful and attentive service to students, consistently maintaining the highest standards of customer care. What We're Looking For: Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the student accommodation sector. IT Skills: Excellent IT skills to manage various administrative and communication tasks efficiently. Customer Care: Exceptional customer care abilities with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues. Organisational Skills: Ability to stay organised in a busy and diverse role, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
