We are exclusively partnering with a globally renowned organisation on a standout opportunity within their legal employment function. This high-performing and growing team plays a pivotal role in managing employment law matters across multiple international regions, including Europe, LATAM, APAC, and Canada.
This is a broad and strategically important role, offering exposure to complex employment issues, litigation management and investigations and employee disputes. It requires strong multi-jurisdictional collaboration and will work with stakeholders across the Human Resources, Employee Resources and Total Rewards teams. The role offers excellent international exposure and room for progression, making it an ideal opportunity for a dynamic and driven candidate.
£110,000 - £125,000 base salary and an impressive total package including bonus, car allowance and shares. They offer hybrid working, with 3 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of employment issues, such as recruitment, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, reorganisations, complex leave cases, compensation, contingent workforce matters, and internal investigations.
