The school is now seeking an experienced Data Manager to oversee the integrity, management, and strategic use of data across the school. Role Information The Data Manager will lead on the collection, analysis, and reporting of key school performance data. Responsibilities include maintaining MIS systems, generating reports for senior leadership, managing student assessment data, supporting timetable administration, and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. The role will involve working closely with SLT, Heads of Department, and pastoral teams to provide actionable insights that improve outcomes. You will also lead the technical side of examination data, including entry checks, grade analysis, and results day procedures. This is a key strategic role requiring exceptional accuracy, logical thinking, and strong IT competency. The successful candidate will ensure data systems run efficiently and will drive continuous innovation in data processes.
