The Role: Membership Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Membership Manager to lead new member acquisition and bring exceptional people into The Conduit’s growing global community. Acting as both a strategic sales driver and a passionate brand ambassador, you’ll be at the heart of our mission connecting purpose-led leaders, deepening engagement, and championing our impact values.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves meeting fascinating people, and balances a commercial mindset with genuine community stewardship.
What You’ll Do
Drive New Member Growth
*
Lead and evolve our membership acquisition strategy alongside the Director of Membership.
*
Acquire 40+ new members per month across all membership tiers.
*
Build a high-quality pipeline in HubSpot moving prospects from intro to conversion with clarity and efficiency.
*
Craft tailored engagement experiences including tours, introductions, and bespoke events.
Show Up Where the Energy Is
*
Lead and participate in Open Days, impact events, community evenings, and industry gatherings.
*
Build strategic partnerships that widen our reach across mission-aligned networks.
Champion Member Experience
*
Collaborate with Community and Events teams to create moments of connection and belonging.
*
Strengthen the member referral ecosystem and empower community ambassadors.
*
Maintain strong relationships with existing members ensuring they feel seen, supported and inspired.
Lead & Collaborate
*
Line-manage and mentor our Membership Sales Lead, fostering accountability and growth.
*
Work closely with Marketing, Programming, Reception and F&B to deliver a seamless, high-quality member journey.
Represent The Conduit
*
Serve as an external ambassador at events, networking spaces and community gatherings.
*
Build meaningful networks across social impact, sustainability, business, arts, and philanthropy.

Who You Are
*
3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development or membership acquisition
*
Proven record of exceeding targets
*
Exceptional communicator with natural charisma and emotional intelligence
*
Highly organised, CRM-savvy (HubSpot/Salesforce), and commercially minded
*
Collaborative, resilient, and energised by fast-moving environments
*
Passionate about social change, sustainability and inclusive community-building
Bonus Points If You Have:
*
Experience in premium hospitality, private members’ clubs, luxury brands or social enterprise
*
A strong network in London’s cultural, business or sustainability ecosystem
*
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
