We have a really exciting opportunity for recent Graduate to join an established Commercial Finance lender. The business specialises in the provision of fast, flexible and tailored funding solutions to SMEs in the UK to help support them with cashflow. We’re looking for a driven, curious and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join their high‑performing team.
You’ll work closely with the experienced Business Development Managers, supporting them on live deals, shadowing on meetings, and gaining hands‑on exposure to the full lending lifecycle. This is a role for someone who is commercially minded, personable, has good financial acumen and is hungry to learn by doing, and you will be provided with guidance, mentorship and development every step of the way. This is an immediate role and we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
What you’ll be doing
1. Supporting the BDM team on active deals, from initial enquiry through to completion
2. Occasional shadowing on meetings, to assist on deal submission
