Kelly Park Limited is a family‑run business founded in August 1994. We are a preferred provider for Durham County Council, secured a 6‑year contract delivering domiciliary home care support to vulnerable adults and children across the county.

Qualifications & Experience
* Previous domiciliary care experience is an essential requirement.
* Capability to support care coordinators and the risk assessment team.
* Willingness to work the expected shifts within the designated team.
* Clear Enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references (to be carried out during the offer and onboarding).
Care‑Based Responsibilities
* Promote independence and provide daily care in the service user’s home.
* Encourage active participation in all aspects of day‑to‑day care.
* Accompany service users to appointments and enable access to local community resources.
* Prepare meals and snacks to support nutritional needs.
* Assist with basic domestic care tasks and ensure a clean, enjoyable home environment.
* Monitor and complete required paperwork, including spot checks, visit compliance, audit paperwork, and logged events.
* Support care coordinators with unplanned absences and holiday coverage.
Working Pattern
Rotating shift pattern with a predictable four‑week rota designed to promote continuity of care and support a healthy work‑life balance.
* Weeks 1: Early Shifts – 06:30 to 18:30 (Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun)
* Weeks 2: Early Shifts – 06:30 to 18:30 (Wed, Thurs, Friday)
* Weeks 3: Late Shifts – 10:30 to 22:30 (Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun)
* Weeks 4: Late Shifts – 10:30 to 22:30 (Wed, Thurs, Friday)
Pattern: 4 days on / 3 days off (rotating). Average: 42 hours per week.
Benefits
* Salary: £29,500 per year.
* Additional work beyond normal hours paid at £13.50 per hour.
