Job summery
We are seeking an analytical and outgoing Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the UK market. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our UK operations to achieve commercial goals, particularly focusing on enhancing in-store app conversions, optimizing sales at the till, and driving overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive in-store app conversions, working closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Train and educate bar staff to effectively upsell products and provide excellent customer service at the till, transforming them into skilled salespeople.
* Ensure a clean and inviting sales area at the till, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization to enhance the overall customer experience.
* Develop and execute initiatives to increase sales of our regular juices & shakes.
* Drive sales of counter items and extra toppings.
* Collaborate with the commercial team to analyse sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
* Report directly to the Head of Commercial in the UK, providing regular updates on sales performance, initiatives, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members effectively.
* A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
