What the Job Involves As a Youth Worker, you will plan, organize, and deliver universal and targeted youth activities and programs focusing on various issues such as health, bullying, transitions, and more. You'll design activity programs that include informal educational programs and recreational activities like sports and arts. You will also assess young people's health and social needs, manage projects, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
