Responsibilities
* Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and align with GSK’s long‑term goals.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
* Lead strategic projects, including capacity planning, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision‑making and drive impactful outcomes.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
* Support mergers, acquisitions, and divestments by conducting due diligence and developing robust business cases.
Basic Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Engineering, or Science.
* Proven experience in supply chain management, strategy development, or operations within a global organization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
* Experience managing complex projects and driving execution in a matrixed environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualification
* Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MSc).
* Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or divestments within a supply chain context.
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles or other process improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
* Multi‑country or multinational experience.
* Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures.
Location & Working Arrangement
This role can be based in the United Kingdom or United States at any Manufacturing Site and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to balance remote and in‑office work.
