Kinetic Recruitment is currently seeking Machines Operatives for an international manufacturing company located in the CH6 area, Flint, Flintshire.
This is a permanent position, following a successful interview.
The Role
Support the manufacturing process to meet production demands. Operate multiple lines, perform machine operation, and monitor production as directed by the Shift Operational Lead. Uphold company values of Teamwork, Integrity, Excellence, and Safety.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Work on production lines as part of the crew.
* Operate machines, pack, palletise, load lids, and replenish materials.
* Order required materials according to production needs.
* Conduct quality checks, ensure safety standards, and maintain machinery.
* Read specifications and prioritize tasks accordingly.
* Complete line records, including traceability and usage.
* Perform changeovers and adjustments.
* Model company values and escalate issues when necessary.
* Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE.
* Ensure work area cleanliness and sanitation.
* Challenge waste and escalate concerns.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues promptly.

Shift Pattern
Combination of days and nights: 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00.
Salary
Starting at £28,224.59, rising to £29,407.92 after 3 months.
