The role:
1. Contact existing customers by phone, SMS and email to discuss their warranty coverage.
2. Proactively reach out to relatable customers, identified from data, to offer suitable warranty products and services.
3. Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing the company’s warranty products, guiding them through available options.
4. Effectively communicate the benefits of renewing or purchasing new products.
5. Sell warranty products adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
6. Ensure all sales communications are accurate, honest and align with company standards.
7. Clearly explain the terms, conditions and coverage options to customers, allowing them to make informed decisions.
8. Regularly participate in training to stay up to date on compliance regulations and ethical selling practices.
9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, consistently working toward set goals.
10. Follow up with potential customers who show interest but may not commit immediately.
11. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies for improving sales results.
12. Accurately update and maintain customer records in the company CRM, documenting call outcomes and any relevant notes.
13. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling customer information.
What we’re looking for:
14. Proficiency in the full suite of MS Office products to manage tasks with ease.
15. Ability to think critically and solve issues as they arise, especially regarding sales objections and client queries.
16. A confident telephone manner to handle client interactions professionally, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly over the phone.
17. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy across all duties.
18. Persuasive yet customer-focused approach to sales, balancing assertiveness with empathy, with excellent listening skills to identify and respond to customer needs effectively.
19. Self-starter, who is highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to meet objectives and expectations, and a determination to handle objections to work toward targets.
20. Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Experience in a target-driven environment is advantageous.
