🔑 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support early recruitment stages (shortlisting, screening, interviews)
Deliver engaging onboarding and induction experiences
Act as main point of contact for new starters in their first 90 days
Culture, Engagement & Retention
Be a visible presence across homes, strengthening relationships and embedding values
Carry out regular check-ins with new team members to boost retention
Support managers with absence management, wellbeing check-ins, and one-to-ones
Gather feedback to continuously improve team member experience
Collaboration & People Support
Partner with managers to drive engagement and improve processes
Provide insights to strengthen recruitment, onboarding, and retention
Contribute to wider people initiatives and projects
Provide occasional administrative support to homes
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, or people engagement
Confident communicator able to handle sensitive conversations with care
Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills – builds trust and rapport quickly
Lives within 45 minutes of Edwinstowe (NG21) and Sleaford (NG34), willing to travel across sites
