MEP Operations Director – UK | Data Centre General Contractor
We are supporting a leading General Contractor on their journey to becoming a £1 billion business. They are seeking a senior MEP leader to head up all MEP works across the UK, reporting directly to the Group Head of MEP.
This is a career-defining role, leading the MEP division, shaping strategy, and building processes and procedures to drive excellence.
The Role
* Lead and grow the UK MEP division of a top-tier GC
* Oversee delivery of mega projects with values exceeding £200m
* Shape operational standards, strategy, and best practice
* Act as the senior lead for all MEP works in the UK
The Profile
* Strong MEP background with proven leadership at Director level
* Ideally gained in Data Centres; Life Sciences experience also considered
* Track record on large-scale, complex projects (£200m+)
* Ability to create and implement processes that will scale a division
