Your Role: Recruitment Business Development Manager

As a Recruitment Business Development Manager, you will:

Drive new business – Identify and secure new clients, expanding our client portfolio.

Develop tailored solutions – Understand client needs and present bespoke recruitment solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets – Thrive in a performance-driven role with uncapped commission.

Build lasting relationships – Establish trust with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

Conduct impactful sales meetings – Present solutions confidently and persuasively.

Stay ahead of market trends – Leverage industry insights to identify new opportunities.

Utilise CRM tools effectively – Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

About You:

Proven business development experience in recruitment, consultancy sales, technical product sales, or a related field.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals.

A results-driven mindset, eager to exceed targets and earn high commissions.

A self-starter who thrives on autonomy but values collaboration.

A full UK driving licence (for client visits where necessary).
