Position Details:

* Location: Bupa Dental Care, Irlam
* Working Hours:
o Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
o Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:45 PM
o Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
o Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
o Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Total Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact for new private patients and those interested in specialist treatments.
* Confidently discuss treatment options and fees.
* Deliver high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and contribute to practice efficiency.
* Champion customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practices.
* Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
* Establish and maintain productive relationships with all practice team members.
* Support and deputize for the Practice Manager as part of the leadership team.


Your Skills and Experience:

* Extensive clinical knowledge of treatments in a healthcare setting.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex treatment plans clearly.
* Previous experience in delivering outstanding service in a customer-facing role.
* Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
* CQC/GDC registered, with knowledge of dental practice management systems being desirable.
