Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our Soft Services team. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
* Cleaning support within region for cover of site operative's holidays, sickness and absence.
* Cleaning support with Litter Picks, Deep Cleans & any additional requirements.
* Conduct monthly cleaning audits on all regional sites and submit within set timescales.
* Carry out monthly site inspections whilst on site for Cleaning Audits for Window Cleaning, Washroom Services, Grounds Maintenance, Waste Management, Litter Picking, Pest Control & General Building Condition / Maintenance.
* Maintain controls of all COSHH related materials and legislation.
* Support when required with site cleaning operative's communications / training.
* Maintain controls of all COSHH related materials and legislation.
* Maintain controls of Site Cleaning Folders and related materials.
* Support with control of Health & Safety within current legislation.
* Conduct Hazard reporting / escalation process on sites and within region.
* Provide support to ensure all site operatives have job specific training.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not essential.
* A valid driving licence is required for travel between locations.
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication with clients and colleagues.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
