A specialist SEN school in Carlisle is seeking a dedicated General Teacher to join their close-knit team.
This School provides a huge range of learning spaces for classes of no more than 8 to work with a teacher and learning support mentor. With a creatice curriculum that focuses on gaining qualifications for year 11 progression
About You:
* Qualifications: QTS or willing to work towards it
* Experience: Experience working with students with SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and other additional needs is beneficial.
* Skills: Ability to create engaging and adaptive lessons across various subjects.
* Knowledge: Understanding of alternative provision and working with students with complex needs.
* Emotional Support: Passionate about making a positive impact on students' lives.
* Communication: Strong professional communication with students and staff.
