Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for an Associate Creative Director at Really Bright Media. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing creative film projects, developing and implementing RBM creative strategies, writing treatments and scripts, directing films and music videos, overseeing art direction, quality control of the creative team and contributing to design projects.
Qualifications
* Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
* Compelling portfolio of film, animation and design work
* Branding and Art Direction expertise
* Graphic Design excellence
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* High level account management
* Experience presenting and pitching creative concepts
* Experience in the creative industry
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
* Or adequate agency experience
